In the moment

Recognize (see), acknowledge (and attend), defuse (align attitude with the way, others’ intent is not relevant, Shamatha, exercise), affirm (self and life), return (to activity, especially the way)..

Attitude

Positive – do good every day to and for people and the world, radar above, address pain (suffering) by (i) devoting a part of energy to resolution (ii) sharing and healthy living (physical, psychological, communal, and spiritual) (iii) being on a path of realization, and accepting pleasure in the path.

Development and research

Meditate on the issue, periodic affirmation, reduce diversion to improve (social media, news, Netflix, people, drink …), health (diet, sleep, exercise, no alcohol)

Research – therapy and techniques, e.g., ‘anxiety’, ‘ptsd’; though there are many suggested ways to deal with blocks, it will take experience and time to find what works for any given person).
