Pause from the negative and double negative (“I’m inadequate because I think I’m inadequate”) f. Especially when tired, take a short time out g. When meditating be aware of the messages and employ the tools h. Housemate—I need to not depend on your timeliness (or not) to deal with things like Internet interruptions (this is difficult, not because I’m not at all assertive but because of ignoring, non-acknowledgment). 5.
