What I have done / goals— Anxiety—Refine: awareness of ~voice ® acknowledge, be aware without judgment ® curiosity–what is it–realistic appraisal ‘me, not them because it is both of them… or, better, it is us’–a feeling, a discomfort, seemingly but not about me ® kindness to self ® redirection: 2-minute meditation, stretch outdoors (other physical) … ® kindness to others and self ® move on… Meditate—five times a week Exercise—at least half an hour a day; 4 – 5 2hr days Drinking—Getting this right (not no drinking) is important to everything else. Move—. When to consider meds for depression—severe functional impairment or subjective distress? Personal integrity in the sense of togetherness—I have felt that I was put together quite well but not so much recently. I want to work on getting that back. Social media, News—less. Daily routine Fluids, med adjust—am 24 oz, pm 48 oz. Med adjust—primary, work on it, control alcohol, have realistic but healthy goal Move—begin no later than Mar 18. Be measured – careful but creative – not too hasty or too slow. Be selective—there is not a deadline. Begin now? Writing, Eureka—take a break, then continue. Writing—evening. Other people—neutral engagement, stop sticking my neck out. Approach politely (R). |
